8/29 7PM Foundation Room #Vegas ROCK THE FOUNDATION w/ @PaulShortino @samriddle4real & MORE!
It’s Classic Vegas Style Entertainment, with some of the hottest performers in town. From Rock to R&B, Country Rock to Contemporary, and everything in between. These singers, musicians, and comedians play in shows all over town, but The Vegas Underground brings them all to one stage.
It all takes place Thursday August 29th from 7 - 10 PM in the exclusive House of Blues Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay on the Vegas Strip. It’s where Vegas Celebrities and Entertainers come to party and play!
The Vegas Underground has become known as ‘The Rat Pack of the Next Generation’, where you just never know who will be there, but YOU JUST HAVE TO be, if you want to become part of the experience. These great talents of Las Vegas are performing for, and with, other performers, and it’s all done in an atmosphere where the audience can rub elbows with the stars…not just see them on a monitor. This fun, exciting, and off the cuff style has always been the real MAGIC that made Las Vegas ‘The Entertainment Capital of the World!’
Best of all, the event is open to the public with complimentary admission. You get to enjoy this unique performance in the art filled Foundation Room, a Vegas Top Spot, quite literally, with fantastic views of the Vegas Strip, while enjoying the best in Las Vegas Nightlife.
Here’s the list of the awesome performers scheduled to appear, but don’t be surprised if some surprise guests are there for this special night of live entertainment in Las Vegas! That’s the way the Secret Society of The Vegas Underground rolls!
Paul Shortino - Lead for Quiet Riot, Rough Cutt, King Kobra, and more, and ‘Duke Fame’ from the cult classic Spinal Tap. You can catch Paul with all the Classic Rockers at their MUST SEE hit show ‘Raiding the Rock Vault’ at LVH Hotel, Las Vegas.
Elisa Furr - Adding a little more ‘eye candy’ to the night, this songwriter and producer can really sing! It’s no surprise that she’s been a lead vocalist with ICandy Burlesque at Planet Hollywood’s V Theater, and performed with so many other shows in Vegas.
Sam Riddle - He’s the hottest in Vegas Country Rock, and his high energy performance and band is something to see! Currently headlining at Gilley’s at Treasure Island on Thursdays and Sunset Station Casino on Saturdays, and has a new CD “Chip off the Ol’ Block”. In July they started their new concert series playing Sundays on Fremont Street from 7 - 10 PM.
Michael John - You’ll think it’s Billy Joel, and why Michael has performed with Legends in Concert to TV, and does several shows around town. Face to Face with Joey Riedel as Elton John, a Billy Joel Tribute Show, and Dueling Vegas Pianos.
Martin Mancuso - Marty is a Hot Sax guy, backing many of music’s greats that come to town. When not at those, you might catch him at any of the live music shows, or doing one of his solo gigs.
Genevieve - A powerful voice in a petite package. Gen has done it all from shows in town to tours around the world. She’s been on TV, fronted symphonies, and bands, when she’s not performing her own shows.
Roy ‘Willie’ Hammock - Is that Willie Nelson on the stage? Roy will have you wondering, He’s wowed the crowds with Country Superstars, and performs as a solo act, as well.
Ricco Diamante - ‘The Las Vegas Showman’ puts out high energy ‘old school R&B’ that wows the crowds, not only with his voice, but with his moves. When Ricco is stage the dance floor is sure to be jumping. No wonder that Ricco received not one but two 2012 BMA Awards, both Entertainer of the Year and Best Performance in a Lounge.
Sythe Cameron - He’s got the looks, and the voice, and the moves. This is one talented singer, dancer, choreographer, songwriter, musician, instrumentalist and producer.
Gary Anthony - Is Sinatra back in Vegas? You’ll be asking yourself just that when Gary takes the mic. He performs in Rat Pack shows as well as solo, and is in demand around the globe.
Rob Garrett - “The King of Diamonds” isn’t an ordinary tribute artist. His appearance and vocal style will make you believe Neil Diamond has just taken the stage. It’s no wonder his shows in Las Vegas and national tours have been sold out.
Kent Foote - Founder and vocalist of ‘The Vegas Good Fellas’, that can be seen playing all over the Las Vegas valley. His music roots go back to his own rock & roll band that toured the west.
Gene Sironen - As if being an awesome singer and brass player wasn’t enough, Gene is a composer and arranger for several Vegas shows, does commercials and jingles, film soundtracks, voice overs, charts, editing, and tributes for The Righteous Brothers and Michael Bolton.
Robert Nash - “You Talkin’ To Me?” Yes it’s Bobby D, and you may have seen him on History’s ‘Counting Cars’, or at 'Raack N Roll' at The D Hotel & Casino.
Of Course the boys in The Vegas Underground band have just a few ties to entertainment here in Las Vegas and across the country. It’s no wonder so many come out to play with them.
Keith Neal - Here’s a long time guitar guy that can play them all…even with his teeth! He’s called out to play for shows all over town and adds his vocals to the mix.
David Van Such - A BMA Award winning musician that not only plays a variety of genres, but does it on a variety of instruments he’s mastered. Sax, flute, or violin, he’s an amazing player.
LJ Harness - A driving force on the drums that has played and shared the stage with so many Rock legends. The ‘Cadillac of Las Vegas Drummers’, his style of play is fun to watch, and has wowed crowds for decades, as seen in this video.
Ned Mills - Musical director and master of the keys, even playing the trumpet at the same time, not only performs in Vegas, but all over the world, in a wide variety of music that spans generations.
What other Celebrities and Entertainers will show up? We never know, you just have to be there on August 29th when we ROCK THE FOUNDATION!
